I called into the practice in the morning to see if I could make an appointment and was pleased that I could see a doctor that afternoon as there had been a cancellation.

Yesterdays blood test went very smoothly. Most excellent, 5 stars, both the nurse and receptionist was lovely to me.

Joined this Practice in Dec 2023 and have been very impressed with it. I had an appointment yesterday which went ahead like clockwork. I didn't have to wait long and the clinician I saw was professional But friendly.

The clinic is very cean, they are quick with appointments times and staff are very informative and offer guidance. I have always felt comfortable with the staff. I had my bloods taken for the first time and was put at ease

Seen very quickly. The doctor was great and really patient with my daughter. He spoke to her in a calm and gental manner and used words which she understood and didnt over complecate things when he explained them to her.

The receptionist seemed very efficient and pleasant, and the HCA is saw was also very pleasant and efficient and dealt with me on time and took my blood sample quickly and with no discomfort.

My doctor was caring and explained everything in detail. I felt as though I was actually heard. They had time to make sure I got the correct treatment and referral.

Very friendly reception staff on arrival. Doctor was nice and listened to what I had to say and got my baby sent to the hospital where he could he sorted properly.

Same day appointment with the nurse for an injection. Easy book in system. Spotlessly clean and effcient.
