My elderly parents and I are all registered at this practice. The holistic approach to the care we receive is superb. The reception team is responsive and work so hard to get you seen. We feel listened to, included in decisions regarding treatment options and future care plans. The support from the practice following a new diagnosis or hospital admission and ongoing care is very reassuring. We all feel really well cared for.

I have needed to see a GP several times this year and whilst getting through on the phone has been initially difficult once I was able to speak to someone the staff have been very helpful and accommodating. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The doctors I have seen listened to me and did not rush, made the referrals needed so that my treatment was prompt and appropriate. I have been very pleased with the care and consideration that I have received.
