    This surgery insists that all queries and requests are placed via their online askmygp service. This service is open for as little as 8 minutes some days. This clearly puts working people at a disadvantage not to mention those that struggle with the internet. Absolutely shocking that you can't access your GP.

    Dear patient, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you have found things challenging. In common with most surgeries, we offer an online consultation tool to submit queries and appointment requests. This facility is switched off once capacity is reached for appointments and consultations that day-this can be early, but it is not commonly after 8minutes. As the site states, once the facility is switched off, you are still able to call the surgery who will help with any queries you have, navigating to other healthcare options and also ensuring that medically urgent queries are put through to the doctors for an urgent appointment so patients can receive the care that day when needed.     It took several consultations to get there but the surgery organised an appointment with a Doctor in Louth, who instantly gave me a cortisone injection which almost immediately relieved the pain in my 'tennis' elbow. Thank you. Massive difference.

    Seems impossible to actually ever see or speak to a doctor . Today tried to reorder meds thro ask my GP app . It said I needed a medication review so should contact the doctors surgery . I phoned them to be told I had to do this via ask my GP. I tried again with the same result . I was then told I couldn't do it thro the app I had to go online . I asked if they could just help as I was on the phone for a second time - the lady reluctantly agreed but them cut me off .I have now spent 30 mins whilst trying to work trying to locate how to ask for a medication review to no avail - feeling extremely stressed and fed up . Surely they could have helped - I now close to running out of tablets and don't know how to get some more

    Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you had a frustrating experience trying to organise a medication review. Medication reviews can be done via accessing the AskMyGP tool. This allows direct discussion with a doctor to go through your medication and answer any queries. If you are struggling with AskMyGP or any other difficulties, our reception staff will be happy to help. They can also liaise directly with clinicians to ensure you do not run out of any medication.
