   I turned up to collect a prescription. But was wrong & when they corrected it. It was still wrong. So if it takes 3 goes to get a prescription right, how much care is being taken over something so basic yet important?

   I would like to thank all the staff at Woodcock road surgery you have a fantastic surgery and I am lucky to be registered with you. Unfortunately I have been unwell and needed quite a bit of help recently, every member of staff I have had contact with has been so kind, helpful and efficient. I have been seen when I have needed an appointment, prescriptions have been raised and issued without any problems at all and all staff have been so kind and happy to help me. I would also like to thank the GPs I have seen who have been so kind and have kept in contact with and helped me in anyway they could. I have worked in general practice for almost 20 years and would like to congratulate you all on your lovely surgery.
