  1. Review titled Fantastic friendly family practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

We are relatively new patients and my son was suffering from an ear ache. I contacted the surgery and spoke to a very friendly professional receptionist who arranged an appointment, that day, with the nurse. The receptionist that greeted us was also polite friendly and helpful. The nurse was on time, professional and kind, she also took the time to reassure my son, She requested a second opinion and almost instantly a colleague ( I’m not sure if this lady was a Dr or a more senior nurse ) arrived to examine my child. This lady was so knowledgeable and thorough. I actually don’t think I’ve ever seen such a precise examination by a medical professional. She was also good fun and my son warmed to her immediately. This is an excellent family practise and would highly recommend. Thank you to all of the staff involved

  2. Review titled Go somewhere else

Rated 1 star out of 5

I was in a car accident nothing major but my head was in a lot of pain, I managed to get on to ask my gp something that is rarely on. They said someone would call me that day not only did they not call but they put in the chat that it was dealt with. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time my request has been ignored I had a lump under my armpit that I had for two weeks ask my gp was running so phoned the receptionist and nothing was ever done. I rarely go to the doctors so when I request it’s because I have no other choice. I am looking to transfer to another practice because i know if in the future a medical problem arises I’ll be ignored again.

  3. Review titled Absolute Disgrace

Rated 1 star out of 5

No duty of care whatsoever, being on holiday my wife had to have emergency surgery. After being discharged from hospital the dressing needed to be changed daily, and they advised to find and temporarily register with the nearest GP practice to where we were staying. This Gp practice did not want to help total disgrace feel sorry for the patients that are registered at this surgery.
