The staff at Windrush Medical Practice were very professional, patient and kind. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was given the best treatment for my condition and guide me every step of the way.

Parking for a start is very poor ,the practice is ok when an appointment has been made for you ,but to make an appointment it takes a couple of weeks to get seen .

I rang for an appointment early morning and was given a time by the receptionist for an appointment that same day . My appointment was on time and dealt with extremely well. I was referred for further examination and also got an appointment , made on the day ,for two weeks hence. All extremely efficient.

It was only a blood test but was in early. Still disappointing when trying to get an appointment to see my doctor.

My GP listened to my symptoms and referred me for a 2 week wait for an endoscopy. This was offered in Witney directly below the GP surgery (so very convenient). After the procedure another oncall GP responded promptly to my phone call about the prescription, arranged blood tests at the GP practice on the same day and gave me advice about follow up and how I would find out results of the blood tests (no news is good news but I can also get online to check myself). I am very impressed by everyone I have spoken to at the practice and the organisation of everything. Even the wait on the phone to speak to the receptionist was not too long! And appointments have been at the time scheduled.

The Receptionist was extremely polite, no problem in getting a same day appointment on a Monday morning with my own GP, who is fantastic, always finds time to explain everything so well blood tests done a short while later. Excellent Practice, the telephone system is much improved with waiting times so much shorter. Well Done!!

I went for my annual blood test. It was very quick and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes after using the screen check in. The waiting room was clean and calm. The Healthcare Assistant who took my blood was very pleasant and welcoming.

Very friendly and efficient service. I have been to many practices in my life but this is by far the best well organised doctors practice. Very friendly and helpful at all times.
