I had a routine blood test appointment. The surgery was very well organised. My appointment was on time. The health care assistant was very professional and helpful.

Was given an appointment with a nurse at 39 weeks pregnant. Even the nurse said I should have gone straight to the doctor. Great nurse.

Having been triaged over the phone, I was offered an appointment with a GP within an hour. I was seen immediately on my arrival, 5 minutes early. The GP was caring and thorough. All staff I encountered were polite, friendly and professional. This being my first visit to this practice, I was understandingly a little apprehensive. I am pleased to say it proved to be a very positive experience. Thank you.

The appointment was great, the doctor was fantastic , she listened to my problems and came up with solutions, new medication to try and a referral to ENT to maybe find out the cause of my illness However making an appointment was difficult, it took ages to get through on the phone and when I did, I was asked so many questions before an appointment was made. I then had to wait a couple of weeks before I could see my doctor, but it is so much better than seeing different doctors who do not know me

Helpful staff and can always get an emergency appointment. I can usually also get an appointment for general health questions with a GP within 6 weeks which in this day and age seems to be a difficult thing to get. I like the call back system in the mornings, means you can get on with something else rather than wait for half an hour.

I came in because I wasn't feeling myself feeling like it was depression and or diabetes but i was brushed off to say it was hormonal but reluctantly made a blood test appointment

All the staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Just what you want from a NHS service. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

The doctor listened carefully to the details I gave him, discussed the issue with me and provided the appropriate medication. He also took the time to ask if the were any other issues he could help with. Excellent treatment.
