I have hypertension, and the pharmacists have helped me monitor my BP from home. They are very kind and supportive, and the regular support monitoring and lifestyle advice have helped to reduce my BP over the past few months: a great team and a credit to the practice.

I was greeted friendly and caring during my visit. Step by step explanations and instructions given. Great service

I cannot recommend Winchmore Hill Practise highly enough. I’ve always been able to get an appointment and waiting times once in the surgery aren’t long at all. I would especially like to thank their wonderful nurse who does all the injections and has just done my smear test. She is absolutely amazing. She is so caring, really funny and always puts you at ease and makes you feel well looked after.

I asked about a form to claim a type of benefit & the receptionist said the correct procedure was for the Dr at the surgery to write a letter with the information I needed on for me to collect & submit to the Dept for Work & Pensions.

Dr N Is calm, thorough, thoughtful and approachable. She explains things well. It’s difficult to get an appointment with her.

I know lots of people having an awful time getting appointments at their practice and this isn’t the case at ours. Two opportunities per day to get a face to face appointment and I am always given one. I even had an instance really if needing antibiotics for my daughters UTI at 5.45pm, 15 mins before the practice closed and I was issued them that evening. At the back end of last year I was very ill and eventually ended up in hospital for a week. The care I received at this practice before admittance was really good. Only thing is that because it is a big practice you often don’t see the same doctor twice but this doesn’t bother me. Nurses are great here too. Thank you.

I phoned this afternoon and got an appointment with a GP at 5pm this evening. I was seen early by a lovely doctor who was really helpful and offered me my flu jab at the same time. It was a really nice experience.
