   waited for appointment, your sign says if not seen in 15 minutes go to reception ,so after 20minutes went back to reception and asked if there was a delay. she said dermatology nothing to do with us, i said well it is because it is in your surgery today. i was told cannot help nothing to do with me. disgusting behaviour

   Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for William Harvey Surgery. The community dermatology service currently use one of our rooms to see their patients. William Harvey Surgery are not provided with a list of patients, or times when they are due to be seen and there is no facility to communicate with the dermatology staff. The sign you saw regarding if you have to wait longer than 15 minutes relates to registered patients of William Harvey Surgery only and not community dermatology patients. William Harvey Surgery do not provide a reception service for the community dermatology service and are not affiliated to the running of the dermatology clinic. Your correspondence from the dermatology service will have a contact number for you to call to register your complaint regarding the running of their clinic. Kind Regards William Harvey Surgery

   I have been registered at William Harvey Surgery for many years, the staff are always professional and attentive, they all go out of their way to accommodate my needs. I have been able to make an appointment to see a Doctor face to face with not much of a wait. I thoroughly recommend this practice
