When well staffed works perfectly with several very hood team members whether doctors, nurses or support staff - I mean reception etc. I believe during winter season like many other places there can be problems with some services e.g. waiting for a month for a blood tests... - I was told that this has improved by now - I hope do... but great care by knowledgable doctors and nurses...

Only went for blood test. Nurse very efficient and pleasant. Had quite a wait to get appointment. One appointment cancelled and then 3 week wait

Very happy with medical advice on recent visit.I suspect I would encounter the same slight inconvenience at any other practice with having to ring early morning in order to get an appointment , but I can nearly always get one tbe same day

I thought the whole process was great, so well done to the practice as a whole. The GP made me feel at ease and was very professional. Great care with minimal fuss.

From the first minute to the last minute was very very good, helpful and professional. The way they care about you is astounding ,the doctor was very caring and gave me time to talk about my health issues .

Phoned late on week before with what I considered a non critical chest pain with all the symptoms of mild acid reflux assuming would have a phone call appointment sometime in days or weeks, received face to face appointment the next Monday morning. Went through symptoms, agreed with acid reflux as probably, ordered further tests to both be on safe side but identify if particular bacteria present in gut. All done efficiently.

Dealt with quickly and professionally despite my original doctor being absent due to sickness, I was reassigned a new time and doctor. Most reassuring when listening to my problem and put me at ease.
