Although the appointment started late today, I can appreciate that things happen behind the scenes. Spoken to efficiently, and follow ups are in place.

A thoroughly professional, friendly and caring practice is actually interested in it's patients. I am so relieved and do grateful to be a patient of this practice. I have recently been seen by Dr E who has taken the trouble to follow up after my original consultation and has bothered to personally telephone me to check on progress. My consultation with her was was extremely comfortable and filled me with the confidence that I was being looked after. Nurse E telephoned to discuss the results of a blood test. The level of interest in me as a patient is such a pleasant change to my past experiences at previous surgeries. I feel very lucky.

Fantastic doctor who goes out of her way to help me & will check into things if she’s not sure, if it’s urgent I can usually get seen the same day

Very efficient and helpful booking with time given by doctor and nurses to discuss concerns and to explain both medical issues and treatment/ drugs. An excellent experience. Couldn't have been better

Phoned to speak to GP. Fast contact with reception. GP contacted me within the hour To the point conversation with him and a very sensible conclusion. Altogether excellent.

I recently went to this surgery for my first cervical screening. I was incredible nervous but the nurse I saw was amazing. She was supportive and talked me through the whole process. Going to this appointment for the first time is really daunting and she made the experience positive for me.

I attended the asthma clinic for a routine check up. I was contacted electronically to make this appointment. After checking my lung capacity the nurse recorded the result which was good. She asked me routine questions about my health and my breathing.

Hate wasting their time but very sympathetic and caring. Needed to see someone after suffering pain for 4 weeks and they sorted it immediately and saw helpful doctor on the same day.
