Arrived 10 mins earlier than appointment, quite a queue waiting to go in, which I had I didn't have to wait in very long, more or less within 8 to 10 minutes I was having my vaccination, every member of staff were very professional and polite, all in all a good experience .

Appointment on time, very friendly but professional staff who took the time to listen to my concerns and problems. Solutions were discussed and agreed. Advice given.

Saw locum doctor regarding ongoing issue advised to make appointment for nurse to complete test, reception advised practice does not support required test, given self test envelope with no instruction instrument to preform at home.

Having problems with my back so saw my doctor who referred me for xrays and blood tests which I had 2 days later. I expected to have to chase the results but my doctor contacted me with them and also gave me an appointment for the following day for further blood tests. Whichever doctor I have seen I have always been happy with their treatment of me. I'm happy with the waiting times if my problem is non urgent knowing that if it was urgent I would be seen quickly

Phlebotomist is very approachable and lovely to speak to, always is positive and helpful. GPS also very helpful but appointments do take a long time to book and feel as though slots aren’t sometimes long enough to go through medical concerns. Other than that all ok

I recently moved to the area and was recommended this practice. Since I registered they have brought my general health check up to date, suggested that I have a couple of vaccinations and helped with a problem. All the staff have been very helpful and friendly and as I was quite anxious due to the move that was very important. So far my experience has been very positive.

I rang the reception at 8am and had an appointment within the hour. I know this is not the norm but I am glad the surgery took my illness seriously as I was need of urgent care. The doctor that seen me was very professional and made me feel at ease. Keep up the good work guys.

Receptionist was okay. The doctor was friendly and took my blood pressure. I had been advised to see a doctor after visiting an optician. The doctor assured me that my readings were okay.

During my visit I found the GP pleasant and listened to me as I explained my symptoms. (I didn’t feel rushed) My examination was thorough and treatment for my symptoms was explained well. Before I left was encouraged to get in touch if no improvement. Good appointment.
