i called up today 16/11/2022 to make an appointment. as i was speaking i got interrupted and told “there are no appointments available so you will have to call tomorrow at 8am” and as i went to reply i got hung up on which i find really rude. i had waited in the queue for 45 minutes and then had a 1 minute phone call when i didn’t get a chance to speak.

Always always always late. It went over half hour delayed with my appointment today. Over than half hour!!!!!!!!! How is this possible ? People have work to get back too. Please get more staff or train them accordingly
