    After submitting the incorrectly advised form on their website, nearly 3weeks later and no response. Called again today and was told to wait for this a little longer as they have many to get through. We queried our existing wait time already. Was then placed on hold and proceeded to tell us this isn't the process, and we were to make an appointment (which we’d tried to nearly 3weeks ago). We've now been offered a phone appointment 2 weeks away and concerned we're now unlikely to have vaccinations in time, let alone have immunity.

    Given all the pressures on GP practices its quite impressive the standard of high patient care, understanding and compassion that this practice exercises. I was given first class advice and care.

    My GP and practice have always been there when needed. All staff at the practice are empathetic and kind. Despite CV19 I was always seen when i needed to be. Saw a new GP today who was great, really took the trouble to listen and try and help - couldn’t ask for more really. GPs get bad press at the moment - they don’t deserve it.
