Was able to get an appointment on line for the next day!! A very thorough 20 mins with the excellent paramedic followed by an appointment with the phlebotomist 30 mins later. Amazing service. Thank you

Just wanted to write to recognise and thank the practice nurse at Limes Surgery for making both Cervical Screening appointments a non anxiety provoking experience and holding dignity and respect at the forefront. On both occasions I felt it was a space to ask any questions, be informed about the process and I knew what was happening at every step of the examination. A very warm and kind approach to what can feel like challenging procedures for people - has made such a difference in my perspective on cervical screenings and I feel encouraged to spread the word about the good experience I have had. Thank you!

Although I felt the gp was supportive in my check up I was allocated a male for my post partum check up. I was unaware even though I was given the name I didn't realise this was a male. I felt (through no fault of the gp) unable to be as open re my vaginal birth and recovery with him and wanted to have my stitches checked but was unable to. I feel all 6 week pp check ups should automatically be allocated a female doctor.

Unfortunately I fractured my hand. I am on Sick Pay issued by the GP in Exminster on March 2nd until April 14th. At Exeter hospital I was given pain pills for 7 days. In the medications at discharge that they gave me from the hospital, it is written what medications I should receive and they told me to go to the GP so that they can give me for the other days. Fracture Clinic indicated some actions for the GP in the discharge note. But when I went to the GP, they told me that I am not registered with them and they did not give me any prescription for pain pills. I was very surprised, because they gave me Sick Pay on March 2nd. I also went to my doctor in this GP in February, who prescribed me medicine. The lady at the reception said that the doctor told me to go and get paracetamol from the pharmacy. With the diagnosis of cirrhosis, I am not allowed to drink paracetamol, so the hospital indicated other pain pills that are not sold in the pharmacy. So I suffer from pain, because I have no more pills. I also drank paracetamol but it didn't help. Please tell me how to proceed. How can I not be in the system?

Lived in village now for 7 years and staff saved my life at least once when l suffered PE - can't praise staff enough - brilliant

Friendly staff. Efficient service i.e. able to obtain a consultation on the same day as request.Spacious waiting room. Adequate time given to patient during consultation. Surgery conveniently located to adjacent chemist.

Excellent service from start to finish. The experienced nurse was highly skilled in dealing with the whole family and their differing levels of pre-existing vaccination status and their personalities! She was knowledgeable, clear, reassuring and good humoured. She had researched both us as a family and our destination requirements before we arrived. Very grateful to have such a fantastic service in our practice.

had two appointments on the same day - physio 1st and the hypertension review with the nurse - conveniently the appointments were made so I only had a five minute wait in between. All the doctors and staff are brilliant at the westbank practice I would recommend them 10/10
