Received an appointment at short notice and the doctor was very good and explained what exactly was my problem

The last few months have been personally very challenging from a mental health perspective. The empathy, support, advice and understanding I have received has been excellent. It has ensured I have turned a corner and provided me with a foundation to help myself with a positive approach and mind set.

Excellent service from West Walk Surgery. I submitted the online Klinik contact request form at 16.30 with a call back from the surgery at 16.56 offering me an appointment with a member of the urgent care team at 17.15. I saw one of the paramedics who was excellent, my contact form had been read and understood so that I didn’t need to go through it all again but was then checked with the paramedic explaining what was happening and why. I was given a prescription and advised as to which pharmacy to go to for it fulfilled quickly. I did find the Klinik a little cumbersome to use as the questions did not always fit symptoms but it was accurate enough to get a good diagnosis. I would certainly recommend West Walk Surgery.

I have been registered with West Walk now for little over a year. They are a very efficient practice, the staff are always very helpful and I have never had an issue which has not been taken care of. I have regular B12 injections which are always done on time and the nurses that do them are lovely. I have had to have support for my mental health which has always been dealt with compassionately. The reception staff, nurses and doctors there are always kind, helpful and you really feel listened to. I was very impressed when the flu jabs were rolled out how quickly and smoothly you were in and out of the building. I thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone, please keep up the good work!
