I had reason to phone the surgery at 08.50 on 17th October with a suspected UTI. I was unable to attend surgery owing to feeling generally unwell. The receptionist that took my call was so helpful and kind and took my details and informed me that someone would be in touch with me later. At 09.01 I received a text message to say doctor had sent prescription through to pharmacy. Excellent service and I would like to thank the receptionist at the surgery for such quick service. (Sorry never got her name). Too many negative comments made about this surgery but I can only say they are the best!!

Had reason to phone practice at 8.15am on 5th September, receptionist so helpful and said she would get triage to ring me. Rang me back to ask owing to symptons could i attend surgery at 11.50. Attended appointment and saw doctor who informed me i had urine infection and 'stomach flu'. Doctor excellent and issued prescription immediately after examination. Thank you all especially receptionist and doctor. So much negative feedback about this surgery but I cannot thank and praise them enough. Thank you all.

I am very shocked at how little the healthcare assistant knows about patients and their health problems when she calls them to discuss tests or treatment. Rather than the doctor calling me with my results of two very serious and worrying tests, the health assistant calls me to tell me I need to do further tests but does not discuss the results. When I asked her what were my results and why do I need to do further tests (at this point I am very worried) she says she doesn’t know she’s only telling me what the doctor asked her to do. I then requested for the doctor to call me and she said she’ll pass on the message. After 6 hours of worrying non stop and waiting, I called the surgery, only for the receptionists to not know what I’m talking about (which is understandable). However, the healthcare assistant has gone home and hasn’t passed any messages on to the doctor and the receptionists apparently cannot do that for me. I now have to wait another 18 hours or more to find out why I need to take more tests. I am very distraught and scared and have so many concerns and questions that couldn’t be answered and were caused by this situation which was created due to lack of communication and failure to follow the procedure! I am so disappointed that I have been asked to do more tests but have not been given my results and have not been part of any discussion regarding it and further tests!

professional, brilliant service. My family and I am so proud to have West London Medical Center as my doctors practice. Over the years the GP team has always been very helpful in assisting / helping and prescribing my family with the right and urgent medication needed. Keep up the excellent work

I've been trying to get an appointment but no one is attending the call. The surgery hours for Wednesday is 13:00 hours, but the answering machine tells me that the surgery is closed at 12:30.
