   Friendly, helpful reception staff working under enormous pressure. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment when needed. The GPs and nursing staff are kind, empathetic, helpful and really give the personal touch during appointments. I would 100% recommend this doctor’s surgery.

   I found it impossible to get to my medical record, though signing in worked. Help offered didn't work, and it wasn't possible to exchange emails with the lady who communicated with me. My reply to her was sent, and presumably read, then returned. It was not a no reply email.
