Left on hold for 30mins...message came on, apologised for being busy then cut off!! I managed to be next caller on line and then the call was terminated

Good afternoon, I am sorry to read your review and it sounds as if you have experienced a fault on the line. I would be grateful if you would please contact the practice to discuss this as we do not have a holding facility which allows patients to hold for 30 minutes, so I would like to investigate the matter further with dates and times.
