    Phoned with concerns in the morning, full examination completed in the afternoon with clear plan for further investigations. Seen by Dr M, phenomenal Dr whom was extremely understanding and realistic with timings and expectations. Excellent service, very efficient and keen to resolve any issues.

    I had been suffering with a bad cough after having a virus for a few weeks previously. After a triage call I was given a face to face appointment, which led to a diagnosis of a chest infection. After a week of antibiotics I was feeling so much better, I realised how unwell I had been. So grateful for being seen and treated so quickly. I only have positive experiences with all the team at Watton! Thank you

    Ive had a few occasions whereby my 1 year old daughter has needed to see a doctor with difficulties breathing. We’ve been seen by the same doctor each time and he was nothing but incredible in such awful circumstances. Thank you

    Filled in the online form and had a phone call within 10 minutes. After speaking with the GP I had a face to face appointment & examination within the hour ( over lunchtime) you couldn’t ask for better.

    Receptionists were extremely polite and arranged an appointment later that day, after a 5minute wait on hold. The fact that they manage to remain professional and courteous despite the amount of abuse they seem to get, should be commended! Somehow people seem to think the high number of calls they receive is their fault..!

    Today my daughter had a choking episode at school where she required her support teacher to do abdominal thrusts to clear the blockage. Advised to seek medical advice I contacted the surgery and spoke to a lovely lady who took all the details and was in contact with the duty doctor and with 10 minutes on the phone the doctor advised that if she is her normal self and eating and drink there is no reason for medical intervention. Thank you.

    Had to take a Blood pressure Monitor home to monitor my BP for a week in June, did that and handed the form and monitor back, tried contacting them via phone for my results and could never get through, then two weeks ago i finally after an hour on hold spoke to a receptionist to be told that my form hadn't even been scanned onto the system! She would call me back that day as person needed to speak to wasn't there atm and put me on her " to do list" of jobs to sort that afternoon, well 2 weeks later and I'm contacting them as heard nothing for another 2 weeks, filled in online form today to then receive a phonecall saying they have lost my monitoring form and I need to do it all again! Absolute joke of a GP surgery, I know I will need BP medication as my readings were not great and it's heriditary and have needed medication before for the same issue when readings were high, so that's over 2 months of medication to control it that I've not had! Place has gone downhill and the staff don't even apologize when they have made the mistakes.

    I contacted the practice via email recently. Two hours later a doctor called to discuss my problem and half an hour after that two appointments had been booked for tests. I was seen on time for both tests and four days later, someone from the practice called me with the results and a solution. Fortunately, this was something I could buy over the counter. On this occasion the system worked for me. I've deducted one star as I did have to wait 3 weeks for the test appointments, otherwise I have no complaints.

    Waited all day and the promised telephone appointment did not happen. I am really upset and disappointing that I am still trying to get a learning disability assessment for each of my two autistic sons and an evaluation of their medications. I have been waiting since November 2021. We have been schuffed around so many times I feel like a pinochle deck. No one has suggested anyone to help us. I need help. So unprofessional. I have Norfolk social services waiting for these assessments.
