Just can’t get an appointment you have to be sick 3 weeks in advance to get an appointment here!!. When you actually get through they actually want to treat you on the phone . We are not in the future yet let’s try and do it face to face where you can see the problem

I am very sorry that you have had such difficulty in trying to book an appointment. We operate an emergency on the day’s appointment system and have a few pre bookable appointments but when these are booked they are booked. We add as many appointment slots as we have staff to complete the consultation. Our receptionists are a vital part of our team and have one of the most difficult jobs in healthcare. We receive a lot of calls every day and our receptionists are the ones who have to disappoint patients. They experience a lot of negativity but they try their very best to answer every call, remain upbeat and help with every enquiry that comes into the practice. Our receptionist team have all undertaken intensive training and follow strict protocols. We have also implemented care navigation training to ensure that our receptionist’s direct patient queries go to the most appropriate clinical route and recommend that they advise patients of other alternatives if we are not able to offer an appointment at that time. If something cannot wait until the next day our reception team will advise calling the 111 service. Whilst your review remains anonymous I am unable to look further into your concerns. If you would like any further help with your concerns you can contact the Service Delivery Lead at your practice or email me on cuccg.ncpcenquiries@nhs.uk Kind regards Alison Patient Experience

  2. Review titled Patient focused practice.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Working within the healthcare sector myself I know only too well that all negative feedback is swiftly pushed out. Where the positive feedback is rarely relayed to staff.. After reading so many negative reviews I thought I would comment on my recent and ongoing treatment with Grosvenor house surgery. Following an accident at home that resulted in 2 trips to A&E and regular communication with Grosvenor house surgery I have nothing but praise for all the staff I have communicated with over the last few weeks. Which for me has been an anxious time. Staff have always been polite, helpful and patient focused. I have been treated with kindness and respect and reassurance. Special thanks to everyone in reception for your never ending patience..

Dear Sharron, I am sorry to read that you had an accident at home, which resulted in attendance at A&E. I do hope that your recovery is going well and that any anxieties you experienced as a result are now easing. Thank you for taking the time to upload this 5 star review for Grosvenor House Surgery (Warwick Square Group Practice). It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback and I will be delighted to share this with the wider clinical team who you describe as polite, helpful and patient focussed. I also want to thank you for mentioning our reception staff. You are right when you say that it is normally negative feedback ‘out there’ so I am sure that the full practice team will be delighted to read your kind review thanking them for their never ending patience… With our very best wishes, Take care Alison NCPC Patient Experience
