In summary, we have found all of the staff incredibly considerate and caring, keeping us well informed as well as ensuring that ancillary care activities are arranged behind the scenes (blood tests, matron visit). Feels very joined and proactive. My father cannot conceive of getting this level of care in his previous GP practice elsewhere in Surrey. To be honest I am overwhelmed by the care and professionalism that my father has received from the receptionists, 3 separate GPs and 3 district nurses in the past 2 weeks. New to the area and just out of hospital, he initially saw a GP who took time and care to examine him and to explain what was happening (receptionist had thoughtfully booked a double appointment). Whilst at home 2 x duty GPs have visited. The duty GP was incredibly proactive in reaching out to 2 x hospitals to explore the issues and to find the right care, calling me 3 times to keep me up to date. The other GP was equally thoughtful. The 2 district nurses/matrons, who visited were great too. During a stressful period it has been incredibly heartening to have such a supportive medical practice consistently pull together and show real care. My father who is new to the area says he would never have got this care in his old practice in Esher

Got an appointment very quickly & sympathetic doctor who organised the relevant tests very quickly. I was kept informed with the results of the tests as they arrived.
