    I would like to sincerely thank receptionist this Friday lunchtime 19/04/24 for her help and kindness in rearranging my husband's appointment.

    Had a great service from Wakering Medical Centre. I called, requested a call back, which I got in a short time, arranged a telephone appointment, got a call at the time stated and problem solved. Thanks, keep up the great service.

    3 times home visit booked for my very ill father - 3 times no visit the third time went to wrong house and said there was no one in - did not call to check address just left saying no one in, if he could go out then he wouldn't need home visit. Eventually duty doctor issued prescription which was sent to wrong pharmacy

    They stated that they have appointments online. This is not true. I've never find any appointment online for months. I have to call them every time, as they answer to e-mails. The waiting time is an hour! I spent all my minutes from my phone in two days because of them. They never answer to calls. I only have appointment after more than an hour waiting time on phone to 3 weeks later! I have to call them exactly at 8am to get anything. Terrible. They cant let me see my blood test results online and dont give it over the phone. They even said I have to contact the hospital about my blood test results, but the hospital never give out information over the phone to patients, as GP has to do it. They dont do anything well at all. Full of rubbish. Need to find another surgery soon, as they dont care about my condition.

    Having waited an extra day to receive results of recent medical tests because the surgery was “closed for training purposes” I have again telephoned after 3 pm to enquire. I was told I was number one in the queue at 3pm and am still waiting for someone to answer the phone after 50minutes. This is causing me serious mental health issues and must be dreadful for others further down the queue. Calling reception was no substitute as that put me at number 10 in a queue. Clearly the surgery has insufficient staff. If there are staff unavailable due to sickness then temporary substitutes should be available. Is this a cost cutting exercise? What excuse can there be?
