I have been chasing every day for a month and am unable to get an appointment. I pay my national insurance and council tax and yet when i need it the NHS doesn't care about me

I've been a patient under The Vineyard surgery for a couple of years. Reception service always helpful and accommodating - providing a telephone or in-person consultation as needed. Doctors couldn't be more helpful. Against a backdrop of news stories relating to long waiting times and rushed appointments, The Vineyard surgery provides exemplary service through every experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely receptionist lady, sorry did not take her name but she is black lady with lovely curly hair She is amazing , always caring and listen and offer best advice

I wanted to write to say how wonderful all the team at Vineyard surgery are. I get appointments in a timely fashion and individual feedback and support. I can’t praise them enough.

My son & I attended today, the Doctor was extremely thorough & explained everything in detail. We left confident & impressed. The surgery always goes above & beyond, recent health issues myself the GP had contacted me on a number of occasions to check in.

The lady I spoke to was really helpful. She was proactive, polite and made me feel comfortable. It was so easy to get my prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy and referral through. Very happy I’ve joined the Vineyard Surgery.
