    The nurse was very confident, very good attitude, and polite, able to answer my questions, understand my condition and listening but my appointment was a little late

    My experience with my GP pratice was very smooth. The reception staff are nothing but polite and welcoming and the GP herself was brilliant.

    Covid jabs for the wife and I delivered on time and with humour . As always, despite pressures, the surgery and staff deliver. Well done

    The phlebotomist who I saw was incredibly friendly and chatty. I barely even noticed her taking my bloods and actually left the surgery giggling away.

    I when for my COVID jab at the health centre off Milton Road, the receptionist was very pleasant and booked me in I sat for less than a minute before going into room 2, very nice people had my injection and left. No problems and now covered until the next one. Thank you.

    Appointment for blood test was right on time. Super start and very quick results. Given the frequent criticism of the practice this’s was a breath of fresh air.

    Appointment cancelled twice, sent booking link to rebook, rebooted using link. Arrived for appointment to be advised wrong nurse booked(I followed link booking) another appointment made, waited over half an hour to be seen. This was for a simple appointment!! Total waste of time

    Dear Karen, I'm so sorry to hear that your appointment was cancelled twice and then you were booked into the wrong nurse. We only cancel clinics if we have no other option, usually the result of unexpected staff absences. Generally, the link to rebook your appointment works well, as patients are able to choose a time and date that suits them.     Historically I have had negative experiences with Vine medical group and have considered moving my family to a new practice. This has included referral to the wrong hospital department, poor telephone systems, unable to access care when 111 referred my husband to the GP, mix ups and delays with prescription requests. However, my recent experience has given me a glimmer of hope. The new online system seems to work much better and although I had to wait 4 weeks for a routine appointment it was face to face, the sign in system was efficient and easy to use and the doctor was very attentive and thorough. I felt listened to and came out feeling like I knew what my treatment plan was and what action to take if things were not working. Hopefully this is the sign of things changing for the better.
