    I need an appointment to speak to a doctor. I reluctantly telephone knowing I will be waiting in the queue. After 30 minutes I am through to an unsympathetic receptionist who states there are no appointments available at all and to try ringing again tomorrow and that “ other practices are available!!!!!!” The system is not fit for purpose, surely there is a better way? I am a retired Addenbrooke’s trained RN, in my opinion the NHS has deteriorated hugely in recent years.I fear people will die because they cannot get the help they need.

    When ordering my repeat script, I noticed a different layout. I had to work my way through at least 6 different "pages" before reaching Request Prescriptions. Surely the most import items that patients search for should be very near the top. That is Appointments, Repeat medication, Ask my GP (AccRx GP). It took me a long time to realise what to find this too. Its very frustrating to have to check every new page. Surely the layout needs re-tuning. Its certainly not patient friendly.

    The doctor was very rude and unproffessional. Did not listen to what i was telling her. Quick to dismiss me without giving me solutions. Had to request for some meds . I am not happy at all. Something needs to be done.

    What a complete waste of time. Inefficient, unprofessional, and unsatisfactory. Passed from one person to another with no resolution to the illness. Very frustrating.

    I visited Gayton Road surgery this morning for a coil change. The staff were lovely and put me at ease straight away. The procedure was quick and straight forward, with minimal discomfort. I was in and out very quickly too. Thank you

    Although the Doctors themselves seem pretty good, the practice is basically ruined by the very rude lady on reception. Curtsey costs nothing.

    The Cardiac specialist nurse refused to speak to me until I had a blood test she had ordered. I wanted to speak to her about the ramifications of the blood test and the changes she wanted to make to my medication. She has absolutely no idea of the meaning of the word “holistic” and just quotes NICE guidelines verbatim.
