    i saw a lady doctor on friday for my throat,she gave me good advice as it wasnt as bad as i thought so very happy.I am glad i joined the practice and have been very happy with the service and all staff and doctors always a good experience and i really do appreciate the work you all do huge respect and regards Edward

    If you cannot get through to anyone, even though you are, 'position number 1 in the queue. Then it is pointless. It makes no odds about any other information if you cannot get through in the first place. It's very frustrating.

    I found myself in a scary situation due to injuries to my legs stopping me going to work, whilst thinking I was not entitled to any type of government benefits because I am self employed. My savings were going down fast paying the rent, bills etc, and the injuries require operating on before I can walk again and return to work. I feared that I would be made homeless with no phone, no means of contact and loosing my life’s belongings. I wrote to my GP for help, he phoned me the next day and guided me In a direction where I managed to get much needed financial help via Citizen Advice. I am eternally grateful to my GP and Vassall Medical Centre.

    Unfortunately since lockdown, I have needed more health support. The Vassall Road Medical Centre have been truly amazing. The team have guided me through each twist and turn, and made sure I was always part of my care plan. Regular appointments were set, to ensure I could check in, to say how I was doing, and there was never a moment I felt I was being a bother. I’ve always felt very comfortable with the team, but these last nine months, they have pulled out all the stops, identifying I was in crisis, and needing specialised help. As far as ‘going above and beyond’, the only thing I can say is, they went even further. The team made sure I was supported through a very difficult time, with multiple external influences having a severe negative effect on my mental health.
