My experience in Upton lane medical centre has always been pleasant. I am very grateful for the service I am provided by the staff and the Doctor. There is one particularly Doctor I would like to mention is the person that is the head of the surgery I needed advice and medication for my son and this Doctor was extremely efficient and dealt with this matter very quickly. So I am forever greatful. This surgery has always felt like home and very professional.

I requested an appointment on monday march 11th at upton lane medical centre. I got a confirmation for my appointment the next day to attend on the 13th march. A very quick response to my request. When I got there I logged in to say I had arrived. I was seen to straight away.The doctor gave me a thorough examination of my legs, back and neck. He requested that I have a xr cervical and lumber spine scan and sent of a request for me to be given an appointment to have this done.The doctor was at all times friendly and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease.

I booked in my appointment on online triage. I got my confirmation text for my appointment on accurx. When I arrived at the surgery I have logged in to self checking monitor to tell them I am here. The place was clean and plenty of seating available. The appointment was on time. I would like to thank the doctor who examined, diagnosed and treated me with medication which resolved my problem.

I don’t often visit the GP surgery but was really pleased with how things are. The place is clean with plenty of seats and I do like the self-check in option on the monitor as I find it more convenient. There are receptionists who are quite helpful when you need them. The atmosphere was relaxed and I was seen to quite quickly I didn’t have to wait too long. I feel like my problems were addressed really well by the GP and the course of treatment and suggestions have made a difference to my quality of life. A big thank you to all the staff working at Upton Lane Medical Centre. Really happy with your service!

The practice is highly professional and efficiently conducted. The GPs are excellent in the manner they conduct themselves and are very sensitive and confidential to your medical issue.

I don’t even know where to start. This is the worse surgery by far. You can never get an appt, they’re always ‘busy’. Staff are extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional including the doctors who don’t do their job properly. They shrug off any medical condition you may have and refer you to be seen by the nurse, extremely lazy. If you do miraculously get seen by a doctor they see you for a minute and rush you. The practice hardly has any doctors, practically run by nurses to be honest. One or two doctors that are there are rude, and useless. Had to wait 45 mins to be seen, you literally have to argue your way to get any referrals from them. Extremely unhappy with this practice, even after many complaints nothing gets sorted. Would not recommend this surgery to anyone. All they care about is the money they get from other services rather than providing good service to their patients. Have been with this surgery for years and it’s just getting worse day by day.

Overall it does its job, there is room.for improvement, Dr's are ok and do.listen at times but hard when it's difficult to get appointments. Getting better, However from recent experience I went to drop off sample to the surgery, was informed do not leave here, as knowone comes to collect samples for weeks, so samples may get spoilt. Better to take to hospital or medical surgury, shrewsbiry clinic, that was good of the staff to mention as an elder person results need checking. The Manager needs to speak to senior Dr and get answers. The surgury is going 1bstep backwards due to negligence.

I booked an appointment at the surgery . I received an appointment however, when I took my ons month old baby to the surgery to be seen. The doctor said “ I am not a baby doctor” you should take him to the hospital if there is anything wrong with him. In future just take him hospital. I was extremely disappointed with this service . Below expectations
