   after moving to the area a year ago I found it difficult to deal with been able to register as receptionist insisted I provide a utility bill in my name of my new address to prove i lived in the area! so had to wait a month before I was allowed to apply? not only that its incredibly hard to be able to get through to anyone on the phone and i have never been able to register for online and after a year have never been able to access any medical care, make any kind of appointment as every time on trying have fully booked for 8 weeks or more.
