I rang up to inquire about my daughters 16 weeks immunisations as she is now 17 weeks. I did mot know whether a letter had been sent and obviously didn't want her to miss any. I was advised that to ring back in a weeks time if I didn't receive anything which was fine. I went on to explain my reasonings for calling as didn't want it to feel like a compliant as just wanted to know some info. The receptionist interrupted me several times and made me feel like I was a nuisance for calling. I had to put the phone down in the end as I felt like I was not being listened to.

Since covid started this surgery has been great in supporting my health conditions no issues with speaking to same two Gp who knows my conditions so don’t feel like constantly repeating my problems fast help and advice as needed prescriptions always on time to chemist. Always helpful to communicate with my specialist if needed too.

Iam tired of ringing this place and getting no answer, its been going on 8 months now, im unable leave a message aswell just gos dead and that should never happen, terrible service with receptionist .. needs sorting out ..
