just to say thankyou to the lady that helped me on Monday she will know who she is was ringing on behalf of my son for some medication he needed and she sorted it all out for me I was told last week to just ring back for an appt which I kept missing a slot, but this lady did it all without an appt and kept her promise and rung me back a bit of old school service which warms your heart and makes you realise some people still care and will help you so thankyou again

08.12.22 I called for an appointment @8am was told by a receptionist that a doctor would call back before lunch, I called back at 12.11 as no call was told no appointment made and promise a call back at 14.00 guess what no call so called back to be told no messages left and no appointment left for today call back tomorrow @8
