Took 20 phone calls and a 2 week wait from initial contact to see a GP. The phone line, e consult is not fit for purpose. Saw the GP and she was dismissive of my issues and seemed to want to insist that i have anxiety, which i don't!. I was prescribed medication following an abnormal blood test, however when i went to collect the Prescription, it had not been requested from the previous day. When it was eventually sent, the item had been discontinued. I had to go to surgery and Pharmacist 3 times and still not been prescribed the item. Just a mess.

Can never get a appointment, get told to contact them at 8am for an appointment cant never get through, tried e consult by 0800,0801,0807 nothing available. Will be making a formal complaint to the CQC and CCGs as this is unacceptable that you can never see a doctor never make an appointment. Inaccessible healthcare

I needed to see my doctor about an issue around my anus - not suitable for a phone call I thought! That being said after submitting an e-consult document I was told to ring the surgery between 0800 and 0830 for an appointment. After re-dialing numerous times I was eventually in a queue and was answered after 25 minutes and told the doctor would phone me 'sometime'. He did ring and, as I thought, wanted to see me later that day. No problem with that and the doctor was, as usual, very professional and sorted me out.

The review was straight forward and completed in about 15 minutes. Weight, blood pressure, blood samples taken and feet examination carried out. We discussed how I had been feeling recently. All ok.Thank you.

I was happy to recieve contact and the discussion with the doctor. A faca to face meeting would be better.My follow up appointment with the doctor I found to be much better. I am uncomfortable trying to dicuss issues over the phome.

New to practice so haven't had any prior contact with any GPS. Dr who spoke to was patient and allowed me the time to explain my concerns and gave clear feedback after the tests she had requested came back. I now feel reassured that members of the practice team are approachable and will feel confident abo ut contacting EHC in the future if necessary.

Response from doctor and clinician quick and reassuring. Seen on the same day. Treatment plan well thought out so far. Staff showed genuine concern for m y wellbeing with follow ups and encouragement.

The Dr I spoke to and other staff are great. I felt as if they genuinely were interested in my well-being. However if you phone at 8am to get an appointment it is a bit of a lottery trying to get through before all of the appointments are gone.
