I order my meds every 3 weeks on a Monday when I have 7 pills left.. now saying that I don’t pick this order up until the Friday when I have 3 pills left.. now there accusing me of over ordering.. I even told them the ring the pharmacy to confirm when my meds is collected. I’m suffering breathing problems fibromyalgia and mental health issues. They have told me to order Wednesday and collect Monday when I have no meds left.. that ok if it wasn’t a struggle and I don’t see any harm in having 3 days grace to collect them. All this has come about because I presented my prescription yesterday as the doctors an chemist is closed Friday and Monday.. and wanted to ensure my meds would be ready as usual on the Friday when I have 3 days meds left.. I have been accused of god knows what.. and was told to order a week in advance some time ago! why has this become such an issue I had a breakdown in peak pharmacy church st yesterday telling them what was going on.. and they can confirm when I pick my monthly meds up which is a Friday.. I was so upset yesterday the lady who works in the chemist had to take me in the room and give some water…disgraceful the way the receptionist and the doctors pharmacist spoke to me. And I have been left confused and upset by all of this.

Got a voice mail @7 30am.Phoned the surgery mid morning,ten minute wait,receptionist eventually said she would get GP to ring me back,but wouldn't say a time.I've waited all day,the place has closed,6pm,So no contact.I'm not surprised as the same GP promised to call me back in October 2021 but didn't(,.I've been waiting 15months) don't appreciate playing silly games
