Indebted to the practice who diagnosed me and my relative with cancer of prostate and neck. Exceptional at all levels from my access to organisation and friendly clarity.

Very disappointed experience. I moved to this area end of 2021 and after checking around for gp surgeries we decided to join Tooting Bec Surgery, as looked really cosy and small we thought the treatment was more familiar and friendly. Well, after all this time I can say it is the worse gp surgery ever. I am not a person that gets sick often, but whatever has been the reason to call them: flu symptoms, fall on stairs, cyst in wrist, pregnancy, spots on legs,... the treatment has been horrible. Starting with the receptionist, what a lack of professionalism, care and manners. She is rude and useless. Her first answer is always no, always negative, always questioning the reasons for your appointment, making all inaccessible and if you are expecting a baby or thinking to have family, oh well! just forget about it. They will repeatedly tell you go to another surgery, every single time, every single call, even if the concern that you have is not pregnancy related. Overall the calls I did, I can say none was easy and straightforward to speak with the GP. By the way, I haven't seen the doctor in my life, not even for the appointment needed for 24weeks pregnancy, as I was seen by a nurse (she was nice though but didn't do too much). The clinic, I have only been once, looks cold, dark and empty. When we were welcomed by the receptionist, she seems bothered to be working there, and as mentioned before no sight of GP anywhere, maybe we went during coffee time. I really don't understand all these good reviews, maybe new patients are not welcome here and the good treatment is only reserved for friends and family. If you move new to the area Avoid This Surgery! To the receptionist: finally you got what you wanted, I am out of this surgery with my pregnancy. Thanks so much for your No Help at all.

The surgery is excellent. The staff are excellent. The Dr. is excellent. I couldn’t recommend this Practice highly enough.

It goes without saying it is the best surgery we have been at, from all areas of the country. Just had my smear test with a kind nurse after they text me reminders to come along - and she took time to give me a flu jab and even sort a blood test too. I think it's the best GP help we've experienced and has got us referrals and specialists for things that never got sorted out in previous places. My friends want to write more and more, but essentially they're brilliant and you won't experience anything similar.

It’s impressive that you deliver such a good service. It has been a breath of fresh air since my last few GP surgeries. The doctors have been absolutely brilliant and after hearing what other patients are going through in other surgeries, I am quietly in bliss and entirely grateful. Clean and consistently kind.

We have been registered with this surgery for about 18 months now, and in that time my wife has needed medical care about 5-6 times for different normal illnesses and has probably seen a doctor at this surgery once. They are fully booked constantly for two weeks, have routinely pushed us to the digital appointments with one of the other overflow hubs or practices in the area. They don’t operate on weekends and have a very rude receptionist. We are switching surgeries.
