Such a great practice. I got through to the reception staff quickly who, as always, were friendly and helpful and booked me an appointment. I just had a call back from an extremely helpful, informative and kind nurse. First class service at this practice.

What incredible staff and doctors. Always look after my children brilliantly and make the experience such a pleasant one for them. We feel very lucky thank you.

Seemingly impossible to get a face to face appointment with a doctor even before Covid but this appears to be given as the reason even now two years after the pandemic. An early attempt to get even a ringing phone line has taken 66 calls to be told, you are informed that you are: caller number nineteen! Sorry but definitely not good enough

Never can get a face to face appointment.phone call from someone who just writes out a prescription for antibiotics.always being told to go to accident and emergency.

If you work full time you are penalised as you will never get an appointment. You need to call a continuously engaged line from 08.00 and when you do get through they have exhausted all their slots. Also, their receptionists are not caring nor helpful, they seemingly try to argue with the poor patients who are trying to get some sort of service.

I phone this morning as I had a very painful hot leg, a nurse phone me back on my mobile,and said she would request medication and was told if I had any more problems with the leg then I'm to ring the doctors back of 10/10 for service

I came in with swollen hands on a Friday. While there was no available appointments, the man in the reception arranged an appointment with the nurse at Tollgate Practice for the next day, instead of having to go to the Walk-in Centre. It was appreciated how he thought how he could help me.

Had apt 5.10pm, arrived 5.08pm. Didn't get attended to at reception until 5.16pm. Was then told I would have to re book as I was late. Reception checked with nurse who refused to see me. Nurse let a px out of her room at approx 5.20 and was asked at that point if she would see me. I was not late, waiting to be booked in made me late! The clinic was obviously running late as the nurse let some one out while I was waiting. I run Optician clinics and if I run late I get away late, under no curcumstances would we, as an Opticians, refuse to see a px when the clinic is running late. To refuse to see a patient when they are there on time is utterly appalling!!

Thank you so much for the care I have received from Dr Pilatt he is an amazing caring doctors always has time to listen and sort out the right treatment. Thank you also for the reception staff who are always so polite and try their very best to get appoints for me.
