Well run practice with excellent, friendly staff. Booking system works well so getting an appointment is quick and easy.

Joined here a few days ago as I could not get an appointment at Lion Health Centre despite 3 weeks of trying. Very easy to apply, sent in the online form for an appointment ( very easy) and they phoned me back within a few minutes. Friendly staff, all good. This is how a GP practice should be run.

Still not receiving follow up care or call backs from doctors as promised. Impossible to get an appointment even when I receive a text to say book the appointment as soon as possible. Incorrect medication. Brushed off without follow up. Can't get onto the website to book repeat prescription. Never seen the same doctor more than once. Sent to a pain clinic only to be asked "why are you here". No tests done just told to go back to the doctor. Very poor service in every way. I've had enough, I will now find a different way to resolve my situation as those who are supposed to provide care have failed.

I have been a patient of Three Villages and have used their services multiple times for myself and my two young children. The surgery has always been attentive and reactive to my requirements and I have always left feeling valued and that my issue has or is going to be addressed. I particularly think the online messaging system is very efficient, I have never had to wait longer than a few hours and it’s always been an appropriate response, whether that be a reciprocated message, a phone call or a scheduled appointment. What I particularly like about the messaging system is that you don’t have to have a protracted and as a result, frustrating wait on the phone trying to get through. Send the message and then get on with your day and wait for the reply. The email receipt of your sent message is also useful as it reassures you that it has been sent and received. This surgery should be an example to others in a challenging time for the health service. Thank you.

Consistently first class service, delivered by motivated, professional, compassionate staff, nurses and doctors. Without a shadow of doubt this is the best GP Practice in the United Kingdow. Very well done and thank you.

I used the internet contact page so to get support for something that I knew was not immediately urgent (I hate doing that). No phoning in at 8, repeatedly dialling or waiting in a queue. Fantastic service with great clinical service on top of that. Much appreciated.

Sent email this am with symptoms, received call within the hr. Prescription being sent to my local pharmacy this pm. Very friendly dr, this service is so good & our family are so relieved to belong to this practice. So good to have this online service not wasting dr time. Nothing but praise & grateful thanks.

Emailed over a week ago, not a call or even a reply. Place needs closing down. Absllute joke. Nobody answers the phone, all online. Filled out forms which is comlleyely pointless. God knows how elderly people would cope.
