Wouldn't help me with my mental health issues. After another six months and I asked for help again. Only to be told that they weren't going to help me. Why not?

Emailed for a review on the 25th August. Went to the pharmacy today to collect 31ts to be told its not there. I have no tablets for my mental health as the doctor had still not signed it off. Surely it doesn't take more than a second to sign it when I had already been asked by the doctor if I was ok on this medication last Friday. I get it has been a bank holiday but they have had 3 full working days. I will now have to go without my medication tonight Wish me luck
