  1. Review titled No Privacy

Rated 1 star out of 5

If you ring or go to reception you will be asked a series of questions eg date of birth, address, why you want to see a doctor. Nothing unusual in that. But be warned there is little or no protection for your personal information. Reception is in the waiting room. Patients waiting can hear everything. This is not acceptable under General Data Protection law. It is the surgeries responsibility to keep information safe. Reception seems not to care about this and this is a legal requirement. It's not the patients responsibility to keep their information safe and private.

  2. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have been with this practice for 10 years & have recently had to see the new Doctor for an ongoing problem. They were thoughtful, kind, compassionate & thorough. I also dealt with the new receptionist who could not have been more helpful. Between them & the nurse who took my bloods, so gently I missed it, I am reassured that the treatment given is Gold standard! I have no worries at all about this practice & am always treated with respect & dignity.
