   I was referred to the Willows to have a pilar cyst removed and couldnt be happier with the outcome. I was seen very close to my appointment time, so minimal wait. The clinician explained the procedure to me, made sure I was comfortable at every point and talked me through what she was doing. It was very quick and easy, and I even got a chocolate for being brave. Highly recommend anyone waiting for minor surgery in Salford to ask for a referral to this practice. After 12 years of having this cyst drain, rupture and refill, I'm finally rid of it for good, thanks to the team at the Willows. You are amazing thank you so much.
