Online system works super well. Filled out in the morning, got an appointment within an hour. gp was super friendly.

My GP understands that a holistic approach to health issues is the correct way to address problems; he doesn't just treat the symptoms, he looks to find the cause. He provides a rationale for the action he takes, ensuring that I understand, and am in agreement with what he proposes. During my time attending this GP regarding my long standing spinal issues, it has been my GP who has been the most understanding and supportive medical professional involved in my healthcare. Thank you.

I have been attending my GP Surgery, the Whitswood Practice, for several years in gelatin to spinal issues. The GP's I have been under have always listened, and tried to find root causes of issues, instead of just treating symptoms. When I request a call online, the response is always speedy. My current GP is very supportive.

Prompt response to emails Call allocation times always maintained. Manner and attitude consistent across the team. We(family) always feel part of a conversation and our health needs.

I have been at this practice since i was born and each time i have had a health issue i have always been seen to in a timely manner. The reception staff are very polite and helpful, the Drs are amazingly good and never rush through the appointments and i always get seen within 5-10min of my appointment slot. The drs also call twice on telephone appointments which is so helpful when your busy and miss their call, they automatically will try again later. I love this practice!

I always feel very cared for by my GP surgery, today was outstanding because I felt vulnerable getting my smear test and from the caring natural supportive manner of the practice nurse and competent consultation prior and painfree and adept procedure all maintaining my dignity , really made the world of difference. I want to thank the new practice nurse at the surgery for being compassionate and understanding which for me meant the world.
