I had minor surgery (with the main GP) here and it was so much easier, and more practical, than having to go to a hospital. Good service and very efficient staff.

This practice was brought to my attention by a colleague of my wife. The doctor and his assistant were friendly, professional and they really helped to make me feel at ease before and during a cyst removal. I am very happy with the treatment received from this team and would highly recommend this team.

Called reception greeted by a lovely receptionist who pointed me in the direction of their website and was very informative to how I should follow a process of obtaining a form. Any other issues to call her direct. Thanking you.

I arrived at the surgery very nervous. Very helpful professional secretary. Dr and his assistant informative and very empathetic, reassured me. Absolutely painless procedure. No fuss or bother. Thank you to a great team.

Saw a locum doctor, was fantastic, she listened patiently and was thorough. Receptionist not friendly at all, made me feel very uncomfortable and was not treated with respect.

Extremely difficult to get an appointment and when I did for an ear infection I was diagnosed over the phone and given antibiotic ear drops, still have the infection ten days later and have been unable to get a follow up appointment. Why are doctors still not seeing patients face to face?

The White Practice is providing a good number of face-to-face appointments on a Daily / weekly basis. The White practice team is also instructed to accept any request for face-to-face consultations from our patients. Please call our practice team and if there are not any available appointments on the same day, please ask for the first available appointment or leave a message so the duty doctor will come back to you on the same day. We also have the facilities to refer you, to be seen on the same day or the day after, to one of our designated Hot or Cold clinics. With our best wishes Dr. Morcos
