   we was told to ring in the morning for a morning appointment i think that idea has gone out of the window i booked an appointment for my wife at 8:30am this morning and she is still waiting now at 15:44pm this afternoon this is poor service if anyone reads this don't try to book an appointment in the morning because the doctor wont ring you until late in the afternoon.
