Left a water sample at 10 am and by 11 it was dealt with and prescription in chemist. Was very pleased with the quickness of it. Well done

The receptionist’s phone manner was impeccable and so patient when answering questions. Followed by one of the kindest GP s I have been treated by. Firstly I was allowed the time to say how I felt and was listened too and not hurried in and then out! I was given very detailed advice followed by a smile - which meant a lot! Lastly I was asked if I had any further questions or did I need any other support. Definitely will be asking to be seen by the same GP next time I need to see one. Thanks

This was the first time I visited my new surgery. The lady on the phone was very polite and arranged an appointment quickly. She was kind. The GP I saw was the best I had seen in many years. With only 2 hours notice he was very familiar with my medical history, he was knowledgeable and prescribed medication, explaining why and he was so thorough I feel very safe with and confident in him. Someone I can trust to advise wisely on any medical problems I might have. With all the constraints on GPs and staff, it is so reassuring to find a practice treating patients with such dignity and respect

I am very impressed with the help of the reception staff. Very helpful and professional. They do go above and beyond to help the patients. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. Even when you slug down and don’t follow their instructions, they will find the kind way of getting you on the track. Thank you ☺️

This was first visit at this surgery as a new paitient, since Covid with my previous surgery I haven’t been able to see a doctor, they was a reason and you count not even get through no matter what time t you called. My sister recommended this surgery as she is registered with them. Great friendly staffs, very efficient , I saw a doctor , and sorted my issue out and I can’t thank them enough .

Staff go above and beyond to help you with chasing referrals and test results. The surgery is easy to get hold of compared to many other local surgeries and the staff take the time to get to know you as a person..not just a number on the appointments list.

I have only just moved to the Practice so this was my first experience communicating with them. I needed a rapid prescription and despite not having any appointments available I was able to complete a form online and within a few hours the doctor had responded and sent the prescription to my local pharmacy. They followed this up with a well-being text (late in the evening) to ask whether I would like them to refer me for a flu vaccination and other relevant checks. Equally, the receptionist who I spoke to was charming and helpful. Thank you very much.

Filled out online form. I was phoned back later the same day and offered an appointment for the next day. Really simple and efficient process. Dr appointment itself was on time and efficient. Very good Dr patient manner. Clear and concise recommendations. Thank you
