    Timely and efficient use of resources. I called at 09:30, phone appointment at 10:30 and face to face an hour later. Well organised when I arrived and friendly and professional assessment at the practice. Couldn’t be more impressed.

    Very well organised and prepared. In and out almost in time to avoid a car parking fee at the extortionate Cascades car park!

    Thorough check-up, listened to what I had to say, actioned request and treated me with dignity and respect throughout. The appointment was positive, as was the attitude of the clinician.

    The friendly receptionist as soon as you walk in the door. The cleanliness of the whole place it gives a lovely atmosphere and last but not least is the care that is second to none by the doctors and nurses that I have seen.

    I received a phone call at 9:30am 3 weeks after an econsult - while I was at work - and couldn’t answer. I then had a text saying if I wasn’t going to answer I’d have to make another appointment for a phone consultation. I’ve struggled to find a time to even do an econsult because they’re hardly ever available.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with booking appointments and taking telephone consultations due to work commitments. Our e-consult service is currently available Monday- Friday from 6.30am-8.30am and our phone lines are open 8am-12pm, then 2pm- 6.30pm to rebook your appointment. We do offer Saturday clinics with GP's as well. Please call us so that we can help you to resolve this issue or if you would like to discuss this further.     The doctor himself was very helpful however he said he would come back with what I requested a few days later and I’ve heard nothing from the doctors so will need to chase it

    The GP was able to confirm that the medication was working as hoped. All without me needing to attend the surgery. The appointment was convenient and took less time than it would to walk from the reception desk to the doctor's office.

    The staff are so professional and efficient but really personable and kind as well. The only feedback I have is that the new way of having to go in for 1 thing at a time is annoying, I had to take 4 separate appointments to get everything sorted instead of having a slightly longer slot twice, like you have previously facilitated, which was so much more efficient for all and less costly. The things were all connected to 1 medical instance. I appreciate that it may seem easier to have it all divided into clinics, but in the grand scheme of things if this is too rigid it is poor time management for all and now, being on the high street means it costs more to get to you on public transport/ car parking. It would be interesting to know if it increases the chance of people being no shows, I was debating not attending my regular screening because I was reluctant to go all the way back in for something so minor and quick when i had already been in so many times recently.

    We were 15 mins late because we got lost on the way. The nurse still accommodated us and went out of her way to give the time we needed even though it was quite late (4.30)
