GP was patient to explain and conduct further follow up to figure out my health issue. The receptionist could remember my concern at the phone call in am and quickly responded to my need when I visited the clinic in pm.

I was seeing promptly by the Dr. and received a kind and companionate consultation. Excellent service. I am very fortunate to have this surgery as my local GP.

I was very happy with the care and attention I received. A very good practice. I felt all hope was lost in regards to my mental health and this practice worked tirelessly to see that my needs and requirements were met and also keep a close eye on me moving forward.

They are Always very efficient and helpful. They have a great service. It’s never a struggle booking appointments. My concerns are always looked into thoroughly.

I came to the surgery with a chest infection, the doctor went through my symptoms, checked my chest and examined what was happening to me. Everything was explained very well, so I could understand.

Always excellent and helpful service. Doctors and nurses listen and provide excellent support. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Clinicians and support staff are always very helpful and accommodating and very engaging. It feels like a very family friendly practice but modern and use technology that actually works for individuals. You feel like a person rather than just being a patient or NHS number.

With how busy everyone who works in healthcare is I'm always so blown away by the sincerity and compassion shown by Drs at this surgery. Every interaction I have had, I have felt listened to, and taken seriously and in response treatment has always been thorough, professional but also really compassionate and caring; one of the Drs in particular always seems to remember my previous ailments, makes an effort to ask me and gives space for me to answer. Thank you.

I saw a Physicians associate today, plus the Practice Nurse for bloods and she even squeezed me in for an overdue smear. Though booking was slightly bumpy (previous booked app missed by GP), i was very happy with the service today. The clinical team are no nonsense, friendly and very supportive. Great surgery in a busy part of Enfield Town.
