Yesterday I called over 200 times and they didn't even pick up the phone. Today I came to the clinic to make an appointment at 8:15 am and I heard that I had to call to make an appointment. I've been trying to make an appointment for two weeks or is the clinic only for the select few? I know I don't speak English well, but is that a reason not to make an appointment with a doctor?

I cannot rate the practice highly enough. The Admin staff are helpful, kind and friendly and do everything the can to assist. The Doctor I saw was the utmost professional and I felt confident with the appointment.
