    I was given an appointment with the physiotherapist with no context due to my neck pain. Upon arrival I explained the issue and was told “this isn’t my area so there’s no much I can do to help” ? As a physiotherapist surely musculoskeletal pain anywhere on the body is your area ? Anyway my time was absolutely wasted and I was out of the practice within 5 minutes when I could have done something more productive with my time. Disgrace.

    This is the first time I’ve left a review of the nhs healthcare service and the last time I hope. I have a chronic condition and have been a patient at this practice for over 4 months. I have to change surgeries given the lack of treatment and poor communication. I haven’t managed to book a follow up appointment after having blood tests 4 months ago despite ringing at 8 am every week. When I did manage to book a phone appointment nobody called me on that day. The receptionist I just spoke to told me the surgery is fully booked and then put the phone down on me as if I was wasting time trying to book an appointment or get care. Nobody I’ve spoken to has asked for data or given any advice on how I actually see a gp or book an appointment at the practice. I’m sad and frustrated I joined this practice and thought I could get treatment. I feel worse than before trying to see a gp because of the communication and lack of treatment or care.

    I cannot praise the surgery and the team's professionalism and organisation. I could not make it to the surgery so gave my symptoms as part of a call back. I was diagnosed and the prescription was electronically delivered to my local pharmacy in an instant. If all GPs were run like this, many of the country's current frontline GP healthcare problems would be over very quickly.

    I have been with this GP Surgery for 43 years. I truly believe that they have improved over the last 5 to 10 years in many ways. Their reception staff greet you with a smile, polite & always willing to help. Their telephone service can take a bit of time getting through but the service you get is excellent. Brilliant doctors who actually listen to their patients & go 100% for them. Considering the pressure they were under during COVID, I am sincerely grateful that I am a patient at this surgery.
