I had excellent treatment with the doctor, she helped me as much as she could, although she only attended me by phone. But the clinic staff is much worse: they confuse papers, they don't record chronic prescriptions, they don't give solutions with referrals, they never provided me with a translator... it seems they are two different clinics given the difference between the staff and the doctors.

i am happy with the practice, doctors( finally you have recruited more GP's) and staff my only issue is the nurse in room 1, she is always late, i had to wait for 30 min to be seen while she was busy chatting with reception staff.

The nurse made me good and she very nice she say every thing good and do me how to do the pump old time I made mistake now all easy thank you very happy nurse see me next time
