You can never get through when you ring, I was ringing today and didn’t even go in to a que just said user busy on my phone and cut me off and you can never get an appointment or a call back if the phone doesn’t ring, if I could get in at my partners doctors I would as every time she rings hers it says caller number one, this place might as well be an empty building with the phone line cut off I’m going to be changing if I can, don’t waist your time registering at this place read the google reviews as well as this one, save your self the time and stress and go some where else

If you have bad mental health avoid this doctors at all costs. After being prescribed a cream for an infected would that I couldn't afford 111 said the doctors should offer me a temporary free prescription as I was signed off of work. The doctor said she couldn't help me and although she sympathised I would have to just live with an infected wound on my chest. Absolutely unbelievably awful.

We brought our daughter for her preschool jabs and the 2 nurses who saw her were brilliant. She was very anxious and they tried really hard to keep her calm and gave her a printed certificate and stickers when she was finished which we felt was a lovely touch. We didn't feel rushed and their patience and kind nature made a stressful experience much easier for us.
