Very disappointed this week with the service. I have contacted them three times. The first time the Doctor did not stick to the appointment he had. He did not phone me. The second and third time I was told the Manager would call me. I am still waiting. Not impressed! I have explained that this appointment is for my Mum who is 90 years old and is in need of medical supplies. Thank goodness it is not an emergency. Very dismissive staff. Only one receptionist seems to care.

I had booked a phone consultation for last Monday. The doctor rang at 7.15 in the morning. He gave me the results of X-rays. Then discussed my options. We agreed that physio would be the best option. The doctor then booked my first physio appointment. This will be in a month’s time. Very happy with the outcome of the telephone consultation.

Healthcare team provided us an excellent service when we were worried with rashes for our 5 year old child. Helped us to get an emergency appointment with doctor on same day who have provided assurance with treatment. There was challenges with availability of antibiotics and team have provided excellent support to answer and resolve issues in partnership with pharmacy. We are glad to have caring health services local to us.

Surgery has really improved, and the services are great. Would highly recommend it. Doctor was very kind and pleasant, and adhered to my needs.

Got a phone call from a receptionist this morning saying my blood test results are back. She went on to say you need to stop drinking for 12 weeks. Wouldn't tell me why or what the results were. Very strange. I the. Asked to speak to a GP about the results. 6 hours later and still no call leaving me wondering what is going on?

The best staff ever. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They took their time to listen to my problems. Thanks for the support. Will recommend to friends and family.

this is the worst gp i have ever been to in my entire life and would not recommend to anyone. the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. they ignore calls at the reception which i doscovered as i decided to go into the go surgery while my call had been waiting for 40 minutes and they claimed the receptionists were busy however i saw that they were not doing anything when i arrived. the staff also ignored me and answered personal phone calls when i tried to ask them a question. i have been unable to get an appointment for something for 3 months!! i did a swab test over 2 months ago and did not get the results back. this gp have no regard for people who desperately need help and it can all be seen in the poor, lazy service they provide.

The reception are extremely helpful and considerate when speaking to them. Service is quick and the GPs are kind and listen to what you have to say
